Your content
Photos, contacts and text you use inside widgets stay on your device and remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to use any image you add as a wallpaper or widget background.
WidgetCraft: Wallpapers & Themes
Terms of Use
By installing or using WidgetCraft you agree to these terms. They cover the licence to use the app, the PRO subscription sold through Google Play, the content you add, and the limits of what we can promise. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use WidgetCraft on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with these terms and the Google Play terms of service.
PRO subscription
- Some themes, wallpapers and customisation options are part of WidgetCraft PRO, an auto-renewing subscription sold and billed by Google Play.
- The price and billing period are shown in the app before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel it in your Google Play subscriptions; uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.
Our content
The app, its themes, wallpapers, widget designs, icons and fonts are owned by WidgetCraft or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use them only inside the app and on your own device. You may not copy, extract, resell or redistribute them.
Acceptable use
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the app, or bypass PRO restrictions.
- Do not use the app in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.
- Do not interfere with our servers or the services the app relies on.
Third-party services
The app uses Google Play for purchases, Google Firebase for analytics and crash reports, Open-Meteo for weather data and, when enabled, Google AdMob and AppLovin for advertising. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. See the Privacy Policy for what data is involved.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". Widgets depend on your launcher, Android version and device; we do not promise that every widget, theme or feature works identically on every phone, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WidgetCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections about our content, warranty and liability survive termination.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you inside the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
